The World Rescue Organisation wishes to congratulate Mr Peter Guard, Chief Officer of the Fielding Fire Brigade and President of the United Fire Brigades Association New Zealand on his election to Vice Chair of the World Rescue Organisation. Peter serves on the committee of the WRO's regional member the Australasian Road Rescue Organisation (ARRO).
